AEER is looking for a person(s) to run the horse shows.
Pay is $300 per weekend (Saturday Hunter/Jumper and Sunday Dressage)
Duties are as follows:
Prepare Show Packets and receive all pre-registrations and payments.
Make copies of Dressage Tests and have ready for the Judge.
Organize the ride times for Dressage.
Make schedule for Hunter Jumpers and Post the H/J Patterns.
Organize and hand out Ribbons.
Calculate Placings from the judge.
Sit at the check-in desk and hand out Rider #'s
Seek out and Coordinate Volunteers for show ring/jump Set Up and Take Down. (with the help of the Board Members)
